Shipping policy

Unless agreed, all shipping will be provided by Australia Post or by a courier, either will be sent as standard post.

Free postage does not include insurance for damage or lost parcels. If you wish to include insurance for damage or lost parcels, please contact Infinity Wood Oz and advised. A small fee will be added for insurance. 

We usually ship all orders at the close of business the following day. Please contact Infinity Wood Oz, if you need your order urgently. We will try our best to send it on the same day.
