Return Policy

Returns and exchanges 

Here at Infinity Wood OZ we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. We asked for the following:

• Contact Infinity Wood OZ at Infinitywoodoz@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
• The return item should be returned back within 7 days of delivery. 
• Item should be unused and in original undamaged packaging. 
• The buyer is responsible for return postage cost. 
• If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any lost in value. 

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

​Because of the nature of these items, Infinity Wood Oz can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
• Gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Infinity Wood Oz immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
