Terms and Conditions for custom orders

Deposit

All pieces are custom made, unless stated. Any pieces custom made will require a 50% deposit before any work can commence. The remaining balance is due on completion and will not be delivered until final payment has been cleared.

Should a order be cancelled after work on your piece has commenced, Infinity Wood Oz reserves the rights to withhold the deposit to cover the cost of design and material.

Alterations

Any alterations after the work has commenced, additional charges may apply. Please notify us via email ASAP if changes are needed.

Lead Time

Lead time for custom made piece will usually take between 3 - 6 weeks, this depends on availability of materials you choose. Should there be any delay in the lead time given, we will advised you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery is not included unless stated on your order. Please advised if you would like your order shipped.

Final Payment

Your order will only be released once final payment has cleared in full.
